Frederick Properties is a family-owned small business that has been managing apartments in the Marina district of San Francisco for over 60 years. It was started by John and Caterina Frederick, who moved to San Francisco from Italy in the late 50's and immediately fell in love with the beauty and diversity of the city. The Frederick family takes great pride in ensuring a safe, clean and comfortable home for their tenants through personalized and friendly service.
History
The properties are owned by Ray Frederick, Jennifer Schulze, and their sons. They are managed by Sergio Severo of Severo Properties. He has been managing the properties for over 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge, pride and experience.
