Key Fob Request

Key Fob Request Form

Please note that key fobs are only issued directly to Tenants at Keenan Court. It is the responsibility of the Tenants to return key fobs to landlord or property manager at the end of tenancy.

Additional security deposit for each key fob is $25.00, payable to Frederick Properties. Payment can be made by cash, check or money order. This completed form must be submitted to request a fob.

In the event that a key fob is lost, stolen, or destroyed, the Tenant is responsible for paying an additional $25.00 replacement fee.

THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) KEY FOBS ALLOWED PER UNIT
